Job search tip: Instead spend the day checking your network to find people who might be able to refer you.
Salary: Offer range that swings by 10K. Tell them your salary req varies based on benefits and other criteria (ie commute, etc.

There is a great new site for searching job tweets called Tweetedjobs.com. It gives Job Seekers the ability to search by location, keyword and industry. It also gives Employers more value in their tweet by limiting the required hashtags.
